Questions

For exhibitors

How much does a booth cost?

To find out the cost of a stand at a job fair, whatever the event, contact us, we’ll be happy to help! Don’t forget to fill in your contact details.

Are there any preferential rates?

Only non-profit organizations benefit from a preferential rate for the Employment Assistance and Immigration area.
By reserving your booth in advance, you may be able to benefit from an early discount on your job fair and continuing education registration! A discount also applies if you register for several career days at the same time.
All pricing information will appear at the end of your registration form. If you encounter any difficulties when registering, please contact our team.

How do I reserve a stand?

It’s as simple as filling in the registration form, which we’ll send you by e-mail on request. Contact us, and we’ll be happy to guide you step by step through the registration process!

What services are included in a stand reservation?

All our packages include furniture (a table + 2 chairs), carpet and signage, as well as an appearance in the official show program: company logo and examples of positions offered.

On site, our team is at your disposal, and rest areas allow you to take a coffee break to recharge your batteries. As soon as you register, we’ll get in touch with you to ensure you get the best possible support!

Can I choose additional options?

You can choose from two types of visibility options:

  • On our ecarriere.com website and newsletter: animated banner, animated big box, “exhibitor in the spotlight” article
  • On our social networks
  • During the event: preferential location, logo on the show floor plan, your advertisement in the official program of the career fair or Job Day

Meal vouchers for you and your team and electricity are also available.

Is it possible to reserve a booth for just one day instead of two at the Salon de l'emploi et de la formation continue de Montréal?

No. When you book a stand, your presence at the job and continuing education fair is required for both days. This means you’ll meet twice as many visitors!

I have visitor status. Can I take part?

People wishing to come to the job fair with visitor status are welcome. However, most exhibiting employers prefer to hire candidates who have legal authorization to work in Quebec. If you have visitor status and are looking for a job, it’s a good idea to find out about the immigration process.

We recommend that you contact the appropriate organizations: https://www.quebec.ca/immigration.

I'm outside Canada, how can I get involved?

Unfortunately, as our events are physical and not virtual, you won’t be able to attend them.
We invite you to contact organizations that can help you with your immigration process, or to find out about virtual job fairs dedicated to candidates wishing to immigrate to Quebec. You can find information at this link: https://www.quebec.ca/immigration
